Within this page you will find our guide lines as a guild. These are what we strive for in our family. Above all Honor, Class an Fair play. If it wasnt for all of us as a whole we couldn't successed as a person (in game). We are here for one another always remeber that as we take on the challenges of the End Game Raids or instances of Lothar.
1.Behavior
All members of The Argonauts must show a good attitude and respect others in and outside of the Guild. When you wear the Argonaut tag you are representing the Guild. We have worked hard to establish a name for ourselves and we are proud of that positive reputation. We believe in Need over Greed, and expect members to help each other out whenever possible. Kill stealing, ninja looting, and any other immature behavior will not be tolerated.
2.Applying for other guilds
The Argonauts Are not a stepping stone guild. If you are caught applying for another guild you will be removed from the guild immediately and not reinvited.
3./gquit
While this may seem the best way to get attention, if you gquit we are by no means obligated to invite you back and you also forfeit any RP you had. If you gquit, it will be considered that you have had the sense, and maturity to discuss whatever grievances you may have within the chain of command, i.e your officers, and failing that, myself. On the spot quitting because of a grievance is not valid, and quite frankly, that level of maturity is not wanted here. Over the course of this division, there have been many issues that have surfaced with individuals, and I'm proud to say that most have been resolved, and usually resolved quite easily with approaching them on a common sense basis and mature conciliatory attitude. So, I hope this has laid out to you where the guild now stands firm. Our first and foremost intent is to protect the loyal, valued members.
4.Chain of Command
If you are having a problem, bring it up with your officer. They will take your concerns and deal with them directly or move them up the ladder. Problems are inevitable, but usually with some consideration, sacrifice and common sense all can be worked out. Sitting and fuming about a concern does nobody any good, mostly yourselves.
5.Recruits & Membership
Recruits are expected to apply via our website. Because we recruit based on personality, it is not uncommon to remain a Peon for a month or longer depending on how often you are online. During this time you will receive your guild invite and be allowed to join our Teamspeak channels as well. Feel free to game with our group, and get to know us better as we do likewise.
6.Raids & other Argonauts Events
These will be treated as Argonaut EVENTS/PRACTICES. All raids will be posted on the website in advance. Anyone online during offical raids maybe pulled to help the guild.
7.Team Speak
Teamspeak is meant for Argonaut members and recruits, not the public in general. If any non Argonauts are on the TS it will be only to help the guild with offical Guild raids. If not they will be ask to leave or be banned.
