We are now totally live on the new Roster that is linked from the Main Portal Page.
This means that old avatars and signatures from the old Roster have been deleted.
Everyone will need to upload their profile to the Roster again and then relink their avatar and signautres in their profile.

Note - if you have already added it to the new roster, you wont need to do anything at all.
Additional Note:
If you had an avatar that you uploaded to the old site, you will need to reupload your avatar. When the site was converted over those images were lost.
