Without a doubt, we all know about the keylogger exploits out there but most dont know all the ways that they can get onto your rig. One of the most overlook is that video files could contain hiddien exe files, trojans, and viruses that will compromise for security and steal information. I have found 3 different keylooger apps from various wow movies from places like google vidoes and one on youtube.com
Their is really no practical way to stop these from installing and usually work instantly. Since we have 2 recent people here reporting account hacks, I felt that this has to be conveyed and taken seriously. If you do wish to view wow movies, do so on a rig that you DO NOT have WoW installed AND one you dont log onto wow account management.
Their are countless versions out their for me to specify but one of the big ones shows up as svch0st.exe in your task manager. Googleo up any suspicious exes running in taskmanager.
Frag On!
